I remember when I’m in university, it’s about 10 years ago, when  I was 24 y.o.,  there was my friend who has a sister be a doctor. She said: “If our age go into 30 y.o., we must start to arrange our pattern in eating. Because of the increase of our age, we have a risk for many kind of diseases.”

And then my friend said: “I like eat meatballs and other fatty food, so if I entering 30 y.o, I have to reduce my hobby in eating meatballs?” And with jokes tone, she also said: “So I still have 6 years for eating any kind of food..:-) !!

But actually, when the time come, I feel no stress for arrange my pattern in food, reducing my consumption of fatty – oily food, and also high cholesterol. I like vegetable and fruit precisely. It seems I want to have better life quality.
