- what’s the point compensation for having a broker
- how much of a loan payment can we afford
- how much should the loan amount and loan term be
- is the interest rate fixed or adjustable

I believe that you have an experience in these things and you’ve had your own option solving that. And talking about bad credit mortgage maybe this american mortgage could be other choice and be the alternate fits you.
